Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition and packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at returns@vestabode.com with your order number. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
